The community is becoming aware that we, “the people” are the government and that if any part of the government is not working properly it is because the people are not doing their due diligence in holding our elected officials accountable for speaking with our voice.
Many groups were represented with coalitions and bonds being forged and formed between and among their individual representatives, making the voice of “the people” stronger and louder.
Now it is time to form our language. It is time to speak with our words, in our tone, for our children.
Changing America means changing the way we educate children in America.
It is time to demand that our Federal government constitutionally guarantee all children the right to: An excellent, child centered, developmentally appropriate, arts based, experiential education that discovers, develops, and directs their gifts and talents towards becoming a successful, responsible, and engaged citizen of these United States.
The language of the Federal government need not be any more complicated than that.
America’s success will be the assessment.
